Booking Terms – Chix Design Studio

Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. No work will begin until payment has been received.

Consultation Calls
Consultation calls are paid sessions and are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your booking one time with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require a new booking.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of booking or during your consultation.

Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your selected package). Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Design Ownership
Final files will be delivered once the project is complete and paid in full. Chix Design Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.

Communication
All communication will be handled via email, messaging, or scheduled calls to ensure clarity and organization throughout the project.
