Live Crystal Sale Experience
Our live crystal sales are a fun and interactive way to shop with us in real time on TikTok.
During the show, we begin with a table scan so viewers can see everything available. We then go by section, showing each crystal up close and sharing the price.
Because TikTok has restrictions on certain words during live sales, we use fun code words when sharing prices. For example:
10 cookies = $10
20 crackers = $20
Some crystals may also be numbered to make claiming easier.
How to Claim an Item
To claim a crystal during the live show:
1️⃣ Each crystal will be assigned a number during the live. To claim, type “C” followed by the crystal number in the chat (example: C12).
2️⃣ Claims are awarded based only on the order comments appear on the host’s screen/live feed.
3️⃣ The first valid claim shown on the host’s screen will receive the item. Please note that comments may appear in a different order on your own device, but all sales are determined strictly by the order shown on the host’s live feed to keep things fair for everyone.
4️⃣ Please only claim items you fully intend to purchase.
Claim Changes & Swaps
All claims are considered final. While we understand that mistakes can happen, swapping or changing claims cannot always be accommodated once an item has been claimed.
After the Live
Invoices will be sent within 2 days after the show.
If we do not already have your information on file, we will contact you by message to collect the following:
• Full name
• Shipping address
• Email address
You are also welcome to send this information in advance to help speed up the checkout process.
Payment
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent.
If you need your box held, a 50% deposit is REQUIRED within the same 24-hour period. Once the deposit is received, we can arrange payment plans for the remaining balance.
We offer flexible payment options through Shopify, including Shop Pay Installments and services such as PayPal Pay Later, available at checkout.
Failure to pay invoices or communicate within the required timeframe may result in:
• Cancellation of claimed items
• Loss of future claiming privileges
• Future claims being declined without notice
Combined Shipping
We are happy to hold and combine items from multiple live shows to help save on shipping.
If you would like your items shipped right away, please let us know when paying your invoice.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and will be included on your invoice.
Live Sale Tips for Claiming
If you’re new to our live crystal sales, here are a few tips to help you claim successfully:
• Stay active in the chat so you’re ready to claim when items are shown.
• Claims are awarded based on the order comments that appear on our hosts live feed, not individual viewer screens.
• All items are numbered, include the number when claiming to make sure we know which crystal you want. "C4"
• Because claims can happen quickly, we recommend deciding ahead of time which pieces you’re most interested in.
Our live shows are meant to be a fun, relaxed way to shop crystals together, and we appreciate everyone's help in keeping things fair and smooth for all participants.
Live Crystal Sale Bidding Rules
To keep our live sales fun, fair, and organized, please review the following bidding guidelines:
How Bidding Works
• Bidding will start at the price stated during the live
• Bidders must type their bid amount in the chat (ex: 12, 15, 20)
• The host will not call out or increase bids — all bids must be placed by viewers
Winning the Item
• Each item will have a set timer
• When the timer ends (bell rings), bidding closes immediately
• The highest bid shown on our screen at that time wins the item
• Please note: due to lag, comments may appear in a different order on your device — we will always go by what appears on our live feed
Important Rules
• All bids are final and binding
• Please only bid if you are ready to purchase
• No deleting or editing bids once placed
Giveaway Rule
To keep our giveaways fair and supportive of our small business community, all giveaway winners must have an active purchase or claim during the live show in order to qualify for giveaway prizes.
Giveaway items can only be claimed by customers who have made a purchase and/or claimed items during that specific live show.
