Due to the nature of our products, all bundles, mystery items, add-ons, and subscription boxes are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help make it right.

Please note that Kids Bundles and seasonal gift items are also final sale. Contents may vary, and minor variations in color or item style are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist with next steps, including filing a carrier claim when applicable.
